HOW WE GET RINSE TO YOU
Simple, sustainable, and straight to your door.
We ship all Rinse orders from the UK using Royal Mail. Because our sachets are lightweight and plastic-free, our packaging is minimal — a small padded paper envelope or compact recycled box, nothing wasted.
Every order is processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of being placed. You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships, along with your tracking reference where applicable.

Standard Delivery — £2.99

- Estimated delivery: 3 to 5 working days
First Class Delivery — £3.99
- Delivered by Royal Mail 1st Class
- Estimated delivery: 1 to 2 working days
Tracked 48 — £4.49
- Delivered by Royal Mail Tracked 48
- Estimated delivery: 2 to 3 working days
WHEN WE SEND YOUR ORDER
Order processing times
We process and pack all orders within 1 to 2 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Orders placed before 12pm on a working day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched the following working day.
Once dispatched you will receive a confirmation email. If you chose a tracked service, your tracking number will be included in that email.
International shipping
We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. International shipping including Europe, the USA, Australia and the rest of the world is coming soon.
If you are outside the UK and would like to be notified when we launch international delivery, please get in touch via our Contact page and we will add you to the waiting list
HOW WE PACK YOUR ORDER
Sustainable shipping packaging
We take our sustainability commitment seriously and that includes how we ship your order, not just what is inside it.
- All outer packaging is plastic-free — padded paper mailers or recycled cardboard
- No plastic tape — we use paper tape throughout
- No void fill — our sachets are packed to fit with no loose packing material
- All outer shipping packaging is kerbside recyclable
Missing, late or damaged orders
My order has not arrived
Standard delivery can occasionally take up to 7 working days during busy periods. If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of your dispatch confirmation email, please contact us and we will investigate and resolve it immediately.
My order arrived damaged
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product and send it to us via our Contact page within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement within 2 working days, no need to return the damaged item.
